Ted Kelly is a versatile, dynamic executive officer with a strong track record of proven ability, having more than 30 years of experience in senior executive management, project management and quality assurance roles within the hospitality industry. As President and CEO of Interserv, Ted is responsible for daily operations, including employee management, coordination and scheduling, and financial management, as well as leading strategic direction for the company’s hospitality vision.
Ted has extensive experience in business development, contract negotiation, quality assurance engineering, training and supervising employees, coordinating and monitoring subcontractors, developing proposals and strategic planning.

- Provides clients with full service project management/program management integrated with his proprietary technology platform

Lu F. Sacharski
Vice President of Operations and Project Management
Lu Sacharski has been involved in hospitality for over 25 plus years, her “What Crisis?” attitude has earned her the reputation of being a port in the storm. Lu is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality while meeting deadlines and budgets. Her areas expertise include Full Life-Cycle Project Planning & Management, Cross-functional team building, Capital Project Management, Construction site management, Design & Brand Standards, along with Multi-site Renovations, Budget & Cost Management, Value Engineering and Quality Control. Lu’s day to day involvement at InterServ client base includes direction on PIP projects, ensuring brand standards, budget parameters, and deadlines are met. Lead project planning, perform due diligence, determine design and renovation strategies, establish timelines and conduct energy-efficiency assessments. Oversee contractor bidding activities, make contract award recommendations and issue contracts. Collaborate with the third-party project managers, along with outside procurement companies and design firms.
